When you use offers made by our partners to Swiss Moto Pass holders, some data is collected directly by the partner concerned. 5. Transfer of data to third parties

In order to be able to offer you the information on our Website, we collaborate with various service providers, in particular IT service providers, in order to be able to offer you a modern website. These service providers only use your data for the purposes of the services they provide to us.

Contractual data will be stored by us for a longer period, as required by legal retention obligations, i.e. as a general rule for ten years. The retention obligations which oblige us to store data arise from accounting and tax regulations.

11. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

Swiss substantive law is applicable, to the exclusion of the provisions of private international law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts in Sion, Switzerland.
