Le Salentin
Located in the heart of the village of Evionnaz, the Café-Restaurant Le Salentin is above all a place where you can feel at home. People come here to have a good time, enjoy good food, and soak up the friendly atmosphere. The owner, himself a motorcyclist, warmly welcomes two-wheel enthusiasts, making Le Salentin a popular stopover after a tour on the roads of Valais. In the kitchen, the restaurant stands out for its homemade tartares, which are available with beef, salmon, dried meat with apricots, in a vegetarian version, or according to the chef’s specialty. Not to be missed is the fondue glagla, an original Valais specialty inspired by fondue chinoise, consisting of beef marinated in spices, reminiscent of dried meat. Desserts and ice cream specialties round off the menu and ensure a delicious finish. The Salentin also has a room for meetings and events, as well as a beautiful terrace on the cobbled village street. The restaurant is heavily involved in local life and the motorcycling scene, and is organizing motorcycle test days for the second time in collaboration with dealers in the region, further strengthening its spirit of sharing and passion.
